This blog features crochet and knitting patterns. Most are free, some are for sale. Even though I offer all my own pattern designs for free, I like to also feature patterns that are for sale as I know the many hours it takes to design a pattern and then to write it all up. So please support a designer if you can.

Nya Mosaic Blanket
This pattern looks complicated. However, with a little bit of concentration, and really
pay attention to what you are doing isn't shouldn't be all that difficult. It certainly creates a beautiful blanket!
This pattern makes a small blanket but you can make it any size that you want.
The pattern instructions are written as well as a chart that you can follow if you prefer.
She has photos of the work in progress as the geometrical shapes begin to emerge.

Crochet Mukluk Slippers
These slouchy crocheted mukluk slippers are listed as easy.
You wouldn't think so by looking at the photo, but the description
on the pattern says that there are very few yarn ends to weave in.
That's an added plus!!
This pattern uses super bulky yarn and a size K (6.5 mm hook), so it
should work up fast.
Make a few of these over the summer months to have as Christmas gifts
later!

The Crochet Cable Hexagon
Create a beautiful blanket using the cable hexagon. You can use any size
yarn and hook for this project.
I can see this in so many different wonderful color combinations.
Have a look to see how the cables are made. It wasn't what was I was expecting!
I like that you join the motifs as you go. I find that it makes the pattern
more fun to work when you do that. You aren't left in the end with a lot of
sewing to do.
